A note for the team at Acme Creative

I would like the opportunity to positively influence Acme Creative.

My name is Ho. I have spent twenty five years inside large, multinational organisations, helping them change, most recently advising COOs and CFOs at Acme2. Today I run Trinity. The idea behind it is simple: organisations grow through their people, and that growth is something you can shape on purpose.

Your partner
A toast

You are having quite a year.

That is a high standard to have set, and my interest is in helping you sustain it and raise it further as the organisation grows into its new shape.

Your Grand Prix winning campaign left a lasting impression in me. It led with a message and let the product sit quietly behind it. That takes conviction from an agency and courage from a client.

It is the same instinct I recognise in the work I care about: begin with people and what genuinely matters to them, and let the rest follow.

The Brewer

Integrity of character is of paramount importance, supported by credentials.

The legacy I create is how people felt whilst working with me.

In the room

A calm voice when things are loud.

Large programmes get noisy. Many voices, competing pressures, and a lot of technical language flying past the people who have to live with the result.

My contribution is steadiness. I bring the temperature down, translate the complicated into plain words, and help a room hear itself again. People describe it as clarity and sanity arriving at the same time.

With people

I bring people together and make the complex plain.

Business, technology, finance and operations often speak past one another, each fluent in a language the others find hard to follow.

I sit in the middle and hold the conversation open until a shared picture appears. Then I turn something tangled into something everyone can read, agree on, and act from.

The blend

My brew.

Korean heritage. British upbringing. Swiss working life. Dynamism, logic and pragmatism, poured into one glass.

Twenty five years of large scale ERP, with adoption as my specialism. Big picture, clear connections, people at the centre.

Milan is not far at all!

I am in Geneva, which puts your headquarters within reach. Being in the room in person matters to how I work.

Trinity mark: a person, and three marks of speech each at its own angle, with a pause in the middle

People talking, and the pauses in between.

Trinity's logo shows a person, then three marks of speech, each set at its own angle because every conversation is unique, with a pause held in the middle.

The pause matters as much as the speech. Rest, reflection and time are where people work out what they actually mean.

The Payoff

Engagement is something you feel, and also count.

The link between engaged people and business performance is among the most heavily evidenced findings in workplace research. It is a commercial argument as much as a human one.

The Pint · Acme2

Practical, common sense, executed with care.

Acme2 Ecosystem Adoption Readiness. The core challenge was whether a service line was ready to move onto the global operating model, and what “big rocks” it needed to deal with in that journey. Acme2 Creative was the pilot, and the findings were presented at the global Creative Transformation Forum.

What made it work

It created an environment where teams truly talked to each other: operations, the service line and technology. Trust and understanding between them was established for the first time.

Why it lasted

It let the leadership team articulate what they will and will not be working on, and the logical rationale behind it. Every outcome sat on a single page, in the spirit of a Gartner magic quadrant.

Every outcome on one page, so the eye goes straight to the top right.

The feedback in the room was that it was the most practical and useable outcome of such an initiative. Which is the compliment I value most. Common sense, made rigorous, and handed over so it keeps working after I leave.
The invitation

Let me be a positive influence here.

I come with curiosity first. Let me into the room where the real questions live, give me time with your people, and I will come back with something considered that we shape together.

Excellent work matters, and the people behind the work matter more. That belief sits underneath everything I do, and I would like the chance to bring it to Acme Creative.

Thank you for reading. I look forward to meeting the team soon.
